They say a picture paints a thousand words (or something like that) – these images from the Warmoth site give all the pertinent information:
Basically:
- heels “should” be 2 3/16 inches or 56 mm wide where they meet the back of the neck pocket
- pocket depth is 5/8″ or 16 mm
- the height of the neck *including fretboard* “should” be 1 “
- the mount of neck *including fretboard* “should” be 3/8″ or 9mm above the body
* “should” is in quotes above as these things can vary ..
